For this, it has created its own specific programme for Congresses. We detail next, the main benefits of the Programme:


Registration "On-Line":

• User can register on Internet, through the Congress Website.

• Once the registration is done,  participant receive automatically an electronic mail, where it can be verified if all the information, that has been introduced, is correct.

• The Congress Secretariat receives the same electronic mail and verifies that the registration has been received and shows correctly in the Programme Database.

• Payment can be made, if the participant wishes, by credit card accessing directly to the Bank.

Abstracts Submission:

SIASA CONGRESOS S.A. has also a special Management Programme to submit Abstracts via Internet, through the Congress Website.

• The author introduces directly its data in the Management Programme, through a password that he/she will receive when registering.

• The abstract submission can be made as an attachment document or through the Web form with specific characteristics, required by the committee.

Management and Evaluation:

Once the Abstracts are sent, these are a part of the Programme’s Database and are saved in different files, depending on the categories or subjects.

Reviewers will have exclusive and restricted access. Reviewers will be able to enter, and to evaluate the received Abstracts.

Authors will be notified by electronic mail of the acceptance or rejection of their Abstracts.

The Programme generates an index of authors.


Access to Registered Participants:

The organizing Committee can access through a password to the Programme’s Database to verify the registered ones in real time.

Siasa Congresos , S.A.’s Programme is updated periodically in order to be able to extend its functions, according to the necessities that are arising.
